Our programs, will change your perceptions and attitude about exercise, fitness, and health. We will inspire you to exercise determination and maintain motivation . Breaking bad habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face. Together, we will replace bad habits with good ones. You will develop habits that uplift your spirit and bring you happiness through fitness, good health, and mental clarity. We don’t just show you how to do an exercise; we educate you in the areas of strength training, cardiovascular endurance, and proper nutrition. We will help you set goals and reach them.
The Gym Highlights
The Gym has 18 Les Mills certified instructors and offers over 40 group fitness classes each week in early morning, morning and afternoon classes. Classes are also offered on Saturday and Sunday.
The Gym has __ personal trainers who can motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. They also measure their client’s strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments and to measure their client’s improvements in physical fitness. Our trainers may also educate their clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
Even with the most hectic lifestyle, you can have 24-access to The Gym. It can be added on any membership for access to the gym floor and exercise machines during non-staffed times. We know you take your health seriously–that is why were are a proactive fitness center.
We live in a busy world. That is why The Gym offers its members access to onsite child care while they work out. It makes it easier for active parents to get their calorie burn on.
